The two also differ in shelf life (18 to 24 months for Stat-Padz II versus 5 years for CPR-D-padz) and in what ships in the box: CPR-D-padz includes a rescue prep kit with gloves, mask, scissors, razor, and wipes, while Stat-Padz II does not.
