OEM surface-mount bracket for the LIFEPAK CR Plus and LIFEPAK EXPRESS defibrillators. Available in white or green. Direct from Stryker (Physio-Control).
The Physio-Control AED Wall Mounting Bracket (MPN 11210-000021) is the manufacturer's open surface-mount bracket designed specifically for the LIFEPAK CR Plus and LIFEPAK EXPRESS defibrillators. Distributed under Physio-Control by Stryker, the bracket holds the AED visibly against the wall with no door, no latch, and no enclosure — built around one principle: nothing should slow down retrieval in a sudden cardiac arrest emergency.
The bracket is offered in two color options. White (alternate PN 3203027-000) blends into most commercial interiors and is the most common choice for offices, lobbies, and schools. Green (alternate PN 3203027-001) matches international ISO 7010 AED signage color and is preferred when high visibility is the priority — gyms, factory floors, transit facilities, and outdoor pavilions.
This bracket (11210-000021) fits two Physio-Control LIFEPAK models. The open mount design holds the AED visibly against the wall with no door, no latch, and no enclosure — built for the fastest possible retrieval in a cardiac emergency.
Physio-Control makes a different bracket for each LIFEPAK form factor. This bracket fits only the CR Plus and EXPRESS — it will not seat correctly with the LIFEPAK 1000, LIFEPAK 500, or LIFEPAK CR2.

Choosing between an open bracket and an enclosed cabinet comes down to one question: do you need theft deterrence and tamper notification, or do you need the fastest possible retrieval at the lowest cost? Here's the breakdown.
The bracket installs to drywall, masonry, or directly into wood studs with basic tools — a stud finder, level, power drill, and standard screwdriver. Mounting screws ship with the bracket. Supply wall anchors matched to your substrate: toggle bolts for drywall cavities, sleeve anchors for masonry, #10 wood screws for studs.
U.S. state laws on AED placement, signage, and registration vary. The Physio-Control bracket meets equipment-side requirements for visible AED storage in every state — but where you mount it, how you register it, and how you log inspections is governed by your state. Higher-regulation states are summarized below. Note that some states require alarmed cabinet storage in specific facility types, in which case a bracket alone is not sufficient.
AED registration with local EMS required. Monthly readiness checks must be logged. Signage and AED location notification to building occupants required (Health & Safety Code §1797.196).
AED owners must register with the regional EMS council. Health care facilities and public schools have additional signage and training requirements (Public Health Law §3000-b).
AED owners must notify the local EMS agency of each AED's location. Regular maintenance and physician oversight required (Health & Safety Code §779).
Physical Fitness Facility Medical Emergency Preparedness Act requires AEDs in fitness facilities with trained staff. Public schools (K-12) require AEDs on premises.
AED owners encouraged to register with local EMS. State schools and public buildings have specific placement and training requirements (F.S. §768.1325).
Cardiac Arrest Survival Act provides Good Samaritan protection nationwide. OSHA recommends AED placement in workplaces where cardiac risk or response delay exists. FAA requires AEDs on most commercial aircraft.
