The 350P holds the IP56 ingress rating, which is the highest of any major public-access AED in the U.S. market (ZOLL AED Plus, ZOLL AED 3, LIFEPAK CR2, Defibtech Lifeline VIEW, and Philips HeartStart FRx are all IP55; the Philips HeartStart OnSite and Home are IP21 indoor-only). IP56 protects against dust ingress and high-pressure water jets from any direction. For sustained outdoor deployment (months or years at a fixed outdoor location), install the 350P in a heated and ventilated outdoor AED cabinet to keep the Pad-Pak within its 32 to 122 degrees F operating range year-round. For occasional outdoor use (athletic field, sideline, marine, outdoor event), the 350P handles the environment directly.
