A typical AED trainer practice cycle mirrors the real-world rescue protocol exactly. Understanding the flow helps both new instructors and learners get the most out of every session.
Choose shockable rhythm, non-shockable rhythm, pediatric, or error condition via the trainer itself or the remote control.
Using the same button or lid-open trigger as the live AED, building identical muscle memory from the first action.
The trainer walks the student through exposing the chest and applying the training pads to the manikin in the indicated positions.
